The services we offer are very varied, but as they come from many years of being a small farm shop and having to build it ourself , because we couldn’t, and didn’t want to do it any other. Now because of all that work and experience gained from that. We can now offer you pretty much turn key service for just about anything out of our shop.
Red Ox Trusses
Our trusses have an engineered plan and they are built to the 160 mph standard. We started building our trusses because we couldn’t get quality trusses for our customers at one point. So we set out to build a product that we knew our customers could count on and that we could be proud of. Our trusses are built to very high standards we weld the laterals to the chord rails both on the vertical and horizontal sides. We found that the sheet metal clips didn’t work for rough sawed purlins so we started cutting plates out of 11 gauge steel. We waterblast and paint our trusses with direct to metal enamel to offer protection from rust. This is also the reason we build our trusses out of angle iron, because we found that the square tubing rusts out from the inside. So we use angle iron that way all sides of the truss are paintable.
Complete Fabricating and Machining Services
After we started building our first sets of trusses we started collecting equipment to get faster and more efficient at building them, and within a few months we had collected a fully stocked shop, with everything needed to build just about anything. Also with our machining equipment there is nothing too complex for us to build. we can build any and all kind of mechanical equipment you need.
Equipment Repair and Plant Maintenance and Repair
We also offer equipment fabrication and repair services. From buckets on tractors to blades on dozers to discs and plows and bush hogs if it can be broken we either broken it or had to help repair it from someone else breaking it. So we are more than familiar with having to deal with equipment repair and maintenance, and being small farmers and working with owner operators we understand that time is money and that repairs need to be done quickly and efficiently so that you can get back to your job. We can assist during those aggravating and stressful times.
We also have experience in plant maintenance and repair and know that if something is broke in your plant getting it back in service is priority one.
